Valle Gran Rey, La Gomera. We know the Policía Nacional in San Sebastián from the inside, and the mountain road there every other Thursday.

We put the fee here because you will find it anyway. Those twelve euros belong to the authority, not to us. Everything above it is work — documents, sworn translations, the appointment, the drive.

Grouped travel days to San Sebastián
We travel on fixed days
Every two weeks, on a Thursday — this list always shows the travel days of the coming six weeks. Three appointments per trip, one car, one morning. That is what keeps the price where it stands — and you need do nothing but be on time at the meeting point.
In a hurry? Then “Residencia prepared” at 190 € is the right route: we do the entire paperwork and you go on whichever day suits you — on the 08:00 bus or in your own car.
From October to May we always travel overland. In the low season the ferry does not sail until the afternoon, and the office closes at 14:00.

Who we are
Two people who live on the island
No office in Málaga, no call centre, no power of attorney from a distance. We live in Valle Gran Rey, and we are reachable — after the appointment too.
For the certificado de registro you have to appear in person anyway. Then someone who lives here may as well come along — someone who knows when the bank's cash desk is open and where the translator's parcel is sitting.
Documents, translations, appointments
German mother tongue, fluent English. Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in architecture; self-employed on La Gomera, years of practice with Spanish forms, deadlines and offices. Handles the paperwork before it turns into a problem.
Accompaniment and interpreting
German mother tongue, fluent Spanish. She is there at the counter, translates in both directions and asks again when an answer stays unclear.
Documents
How we exchange documents — with no client account
Passports, bank statements, certificates of inheritance: data that should not sit in a web login we built ourselves. So there is no password with us, but a folder.
Your folder
After the first conversation we create a folder on a European server — for you alone — and send you an upload link. You upload scans or phone photos, no account, no app.
What we obtain
Nota simple, translations, fee receipt, appointment confirmation, letters from the authority: everything we obtain for you is in the folder the same day. You can see at any time how far the file has got.
Afterwards
When the case is done we close the folder; you keep a copy of everything. Originals always stay with you. We talk by phone, WhatsApp or email — whichever you are used to.

Thirty minutes by phone or at your home. You tell us your situation, we tell you which route is the right one, what it costs and how long it takes. Then you decide in your own time — and you get a written quote either way.
