Privacy

We work with passports, registration certificates, insurance documents and bank statements. So here is exactly what happens to them.

This website collects nothing

No cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics, no embedded maps or videos. The typefaces are hosted on our own server, so no font is fetched from a third party either. The contact form stores nothing: it opens your own email program with a prepared text that you send yourself.

Like every web server, our hosting partner's server logs technical data for each request (IP address, time, file requested, browser identification). These logs serve secure operation and are deleted after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in trouble-free operation (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Controller

When you instruct us

Purposes: preparing and carrying out the agreed work — checking and assembling documents, commissioning sworn translations, booking appointments, accompaniment and interpreting, invoicing.

Legal bases: performance of the contract and pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); statutory retention and tax obligations (art. 6(1)(c)). Where documents contain health data — an insurance certificate, for instance — we process them only with your explicit consent (art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with future effect.

Recipients: the competent Spanish offices to which you submit the application; sworn translators where a sworn translation is commissioned; our bookkeeping within statutory obligations; our hosting partner for running the website. Nothing is passed on beyond that, and never for advertising.

How we accept documents: by email, on a storage medium handed over in person, or in person. No passport or banking documents over WhatsApp or other messengers.

Retention: documents from a completed case are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require (generally four and six years) and deleted afterwards. Anything no longer needed for the work is deleted sooner.

No transfers to third countries and no automated decision-making or profiling.
